With each year that passes the Tammie Coe name has become more known by food critics around the nation.
Tammie began establishing her name in the pastry world in the 1990’s. Her mission statement was simple "Live well, and eat well."
A decade later and the business has grown into a success, and Downtown Phoenix Citizens are certainly eating well.
Up until a few years ago the label only had one bakery to its name, but now the pastries are offered at a retail location in Downtown Phoenix. The shop, located alongside Roosevelt‘s art district, in the Artisan village, is a small apartment style location that serves the local community with a staff of small staff.

All their pastries come prepared from the original bakery located in Arcadia (North 40th Street).
Most of the signature homemade cookies, cupcakes, cakes and "just because treats" (chocolate covered strawberries, holiday treat baskets, ect) are all offered at the Downtown Phoenix location.Although pastries are the main staple for the business, the retail shop also offers coffee, espresso, various teas and hot chocolate.
More so, the menu expands past tasty treats and offers customers every day lunch specials, such as sandwiches on signature artisan bread, provided by MJ (Michael John).
Even though the business, does not have the same chain stance as a Paradise Bakery or Wildflower, prices for all the products at the retail location remain just as affordable as any other major company.
Not only do customers get similar prices to other chain based pastry shops, but they also get a one of a kind sophisticated treat hand crafted with fresh ingredients.
Micheal John, is Coe’s husband. In recent time the two have been titled “the famed husband and wife baking super team” on their website.
Although the Downtown Phoenix location acts as a retail shop, purchases can still be made at the Arcadia bakery. The custom cakes, and wedding cakes are all produced and sold at that particular location.
